Warranty Coverage

The EN AF 4.0L and EN AF 5.5L are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. Warranty coverage excludes damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repair, or improper handling.

Filing a Warranty Claim

Customers seeking warranty service should contact the support team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Claims are reviewed and processed within a defined turnaround period

Certification

ENSIEN air fryers are certified under IS 302 Part 2 by the Bureau of Indian Standards, confirming the product meets applicable electrical safety and performance requirements for the Indian market
